“SKILL-UP WITH CES” – Webinar series

Civil Engineering Society of University of Moratuwa initiated “SKILL-UP WITH CES-Webinar Series” as a new event in 2021 for the undergraduates to meet the professionals and discover more along curious topics in the field. The webinar series was conducted in 5 sessions virtually via Zoom platform due to the pandemic situation at that time and another 5 sessions are yet to come. Civil Engineering undergraduates from University of Moratuwa as well as from other universities who participated these valuable sessions could uplift awareness on trending topics connected to Civil Engineering field.

We should express our sincere thanks to all the key note speakers who guided us to clarify the doubts regarding the future carrier. Special gratitude should be expressed for the lecturers of Civil Engineering Department of University of Moratuwa who did a tremendous job in bringing about valuable sessions by inviting great personalities.

The Question and Answer session created a great arena for the enthusiastic Civil Engineering undergraduates to clarify their doubts. Irrespective to the barrier due to Covid 19, this event could be held successfully. This fruitful event provided a precious opportunity for the undergraduates to invest more knowledge on important areas related to Civil Engineering field. It was an inspired event which energized the galactic goals of undergraduates.
